BOCCA CAFE, a unit of Dominion Developers Pvt. Ltd., is promoted by Sameer Hans and Satyabrat Sanu Ratho. The physical space at Master Canteen is born from the collective imagination of promoters Suchismita Nayak and Sara Manzo, with meaningful contributions from Sujit Mohapatra of Bakul Foundation.
